Big Table Farm Zoom Tasting - January 29th, 5:00PM Arizona, 7:00 Eastern, 4:00 Pacific

I'm often asked what some of my favorite wines are. A lot of them are not widely available so I can't include them in my tastings. That is about to change. One of my favorite wineries is Big Table Farm from Carlton (Willamette) Oregon. Their wines have received outstanding ratings from Wine Spectator Magazine and other wine publications. The owners and winery have been featured in the New York Times and a host of other publications. These wines are usually only available at the winery or via their mailing list.   Chardonnay is a wine people either love or hate. The truth is EVERYONE likes chardonnay its just that some folks may have not found the chardonnay they like. Chardonnay is the most manipulated wine in the world. The winemaker has as much to do with the taste of the wine as does the grape or the terroir. On Friday, October 2’nd at 5:00 PM via Zoom, you are going to have a chance to find your chardonnay! In addition to learning about chardonnay in general we will be tasting three different styles.
